An Easy Monday…

The winds had howled all night, and snow was lying around, with a bad days forecast…so I stayed in, did the Crosswords from the Sunday paper, and generally relaxed

I couldn’t sit in all day though, so eventually I set off for a walk in the snow and wind, up along the road, winding around the bottom of the Cromdale Hills. Snow showers kept coming and going as I wandered along, sometimes facing into the wind and snow, others with it at my back –pleasant enough though, and at least some fresh air !

I wandered back to the cottage, and spent the afternoon reading (and eating !), and as the skies cleared into the evening I was able to take advantage of the clear skies, for some star gazing..and pictures !

So, that was it, the clouds of snow rolled over, with a heavy snow forecast, and so to bed.. Goodnight !
