The Calm before the Storm !

A lazy start to Monday after our Sunday exertions, but I was soon ‘putting up’ the Party Gazebo, hopefully to cover us all in the occasional bit of rain that may occur…I did initially put the side and end walls on, however the strong wind threatened to destroy it all, and so I removed them, saving them for when needed.., still the roof proved valuable in the rain that soon occurred !… although it did stop raining in the late afternoon, so we could have a BBQ, and last peaceful night before…the others arrived…

Tuesday started quite wet, as we waited for everyone to arrive…my brothers Sean (from Canada)and Lawrence (Manchester),my son David and nephew Lawrence, had made contact and were on the mid morning boat from Holyhead, whilst we went into a wet Ballina for more provisions..ready for them to arrive…

They arrived late evening, having stopped off on the way, and a hasty BBQ in the evening sunshine, before some went into town…and I went to bed, after the red sunset …Goodnight !
