A Stuffing from the Troubadours !

I had a lazy start to the day, after the match and late the night , however, as the sun was shining…blue skies…washing to be done !

I did a load of washing, and then spent the rest of the day, reading, and turning the washing around to try and get it all dry by nightfall, which I managed…just !

I did have a couple of short ‘acclimatisation’ rides on my bike, but just keeping the legs going really

Then as the evening came on, I showered, changed and walked in to La Cite’ again, deciding that I should treat myself to another meal out..

I had a wander round, and eventually settled on Lo’ostal d’troubadours..restaurant, http://www.tripadvisor.fr/LocationPhotos-g187151-d1118040-L_Ostal_des_Troubadours-Carcassonne_Aude_Languedoc_Roussillon.html  as I fancied a rather large 5 course meal on offer ! I was delighted as I went inside, as they also had a guitarist playing flamenco guitar, and singing, I thought this was going to be a good night… he sang one song, and that was it, his stint was over, oh dear… but my meal starting coming, thick and fast… duck gizzards salad, seafood timbale,steak and Roquefort cheese,selection of cheese,rounded off with  crepe and Chantilly crème ! All as you will realise washed down with some nice Corbieres wine, and water…

I came out of there stuffed, so the walk back to the campsite was a relief, as I walked it off a little, and ready for my next days move..
